Data Controller
The data controller for personal data processed through this website is TMS Tren Bakım Onarım A.Ş. (TMS Technic). TMS Motor operates within our company in the field of maintenance, repair and overhaul of industrial electric motors. In this policy, "TMS Motor", "we" and "our company" refer to TMS Tren Bakım Onarım A.Ş. The company is registered with the Ankara Trade Registry Office under number 357817; our MERSIS number is 0845032003854899.
Personal Data Collected and How It Is Collected
Your personal data is collected electronically through our website, partly by automated means:
- Identity and contact details: the full name and email address you enter in the contact form.
- Request details: the content of the message you send us through the contact form.
- Transaction security data: the IP address, browser information and time of visit recorded automatically by our hosting provider when you visit the site.
- Usage data: anonymous statistics on which pages are visited, only if you allow analytics.
Purposes of Processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Assessing and answering the requests, questions and quote requests you send through the contact form

- Contact and quote requests: processing is directly related to concluding or performing a contract (Art. 5/2-c) and to our legitimate interest in answering your request (Art. 5/2-f).
- Website security and hosting logs: our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) and our legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç).
- Analytics and video: your explicit consent (Art. 5/1). These services only run when you accept them or press the play button, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Location map: our legitimate interest in showing where our business is located (Art. 5/2-f).
Transfer of Personal Data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. It is shared only with the recipients below and only for the stated purposes:
- Contact form data: kept on our own company servers in Türkiye and not transferred to third parties.
- Hosting: the website is served through a hosting provider whose servers are located abroad. The IP address and browser information generated during your visit are transferred abroad for this purpose.
- Visit statistics: measured anonymously and without cookies with the hosting provider's analytics tool, only if you allow it.
- Map: the location map on the contact page is shown through Google Maps (Google LLC, USA). When the page opens, your IP address and browser information are transferred to Google and Google's privacy policy applies.
- Video: YouTube (Google LLC, USA) only loads when you press the play button. Your data is then transferred to Google and Google's privacy policy applies.
- Authorities: competent public institutions and courts, on request and to the extent required by law.

Our website uses only the cookies and similar technologies listed below. Necessary ones are required for the site to work. The map on the contact page loads when the page opens; the others only take effect once you allow them or open the related content. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of the page and delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction of the data under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK; request that any correction, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to an outcome against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. How to Apply
You can send requests concerning your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK as a signed petition stating your name, surname, contact details and the subject of your request to our head office address, to our registered electronic mail (KEP) address tmstren@hs01.kep.tr, or by email to info@tmsmotor.com.tr. Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, your request will be concluded as soon as possible depending on its nature and within 30 days at the latest, free of charge; if the process involves an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If your request is rejected, you find the answer insufficient or no answer is given in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
Data Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and for the periods required by law. Data sent through the contact form is kept for 3 years and is deleted or anonymised at the end of that period. Your cookie choice is kept for 1 year. Data relating to ongoing business relationships may be kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for as long as the law requires.
